Rotary Mattamy Greenway

Rotary Mattamy Greenway

Initiated in 2012, the Rotary Mattamy Greenway is a 138-kilometer-long pathway encircling Calgary, linking parks, playgrounds, wetlands, and recreational areas. This ambitious project was a collaboration between the 12 Calgary Rotary clubs and other partners to promote fitness, recreation, and environmental stewardship.

The Greenway has become a central hub for outdoor activity, encouraging residents to engage in physical fitness, connect with nature, and explore the city’s green spaces. It serves as a lasting example of Rotary’s commitment to community well-being.
